Incoming:         150.00 1/6 Reimbursement from beads money not spent

Outgoing:         102.96 Domain hosting till March 2012

Sarah has requested that someone take over her responsibilities as Treasurer.

Ed made motion to leave it as is till elections in May as long as we continue to get the numbers.

OLD BUSINESS

Discussion on Eglin future rides.  Do to hunting season at Eglin and the overall feel that no one truly wants us there all agreed to get dates on the calendar for scouting trips. 

UPCOMING EVENTS

February Meet and Greet

            Sunday, February 21^st at the SHED.  Brian will follow up with manager.

March 19-21^st ORV Trip

            During this weekend all parks have events planned we need to go to the park that will be the least busy.  After much discussion on the matter all agreed it would be Grey Rock.  All additional details will be discussed in the March Meeting.

April 10^th and 11^th White Sands Jeep Jam at Boggs and Boulders

            Volunteers needed during events – Line Judge, Spotter, They will be setting up new obstacles for this event that can be enjoyed by all after the competition.

MAY 8^th GO TOPLESS DAY

            Roundtable discussion on location.  Dealerships seem to be the best exposure.  Foley dealership has contacted Jay several times about having an event there he will follow up with them to see what they can offer.  Ed proposed we get a banner to display a week before to promote – all agreed on that purchase!

Member Rigs need updated info – new pics and members can also list information about their rig

Work is beginning to refurbish the site all ideas welcome

Repair has been made to the video page

After roundtable discussion all agreed that some posting should be removed after a period of time.  Example: for sale items, comments, and event listings 6 months old.
