Old Business:

ORV Park for Fall Event

          Chocoloco         New Bathrooms

                                        No private run

Open ever weekend to the public

450 acres

$30.00 a driver, $10.00 rider and $5 to camp for the weekend

Crusher Ridge    Opened April

                              No amendities

                              Working to do private weekends

                              300 – 500 for park rental

All members present decided to do Chocoloco in September the 24^th, 25^th and 26^th.

Members rescued new jeep owners who got in a little over his head.  Email sent by Jeep owner expressing his thanks to the club.

Monster Jam

          $600 donation, shirts, hats and food provided

252 total hours needed to be worked Thursday – Sunday need at least 6-10 people as runners

          July 21 – 24^th

Jay contacted to receive additional information and at this time he had not received a return call. Unfortunately we do not have the man power especially during the week to provide the assistance needed.
