TOPIC 1:

February Meet and Greet at the SHED – good weather, good turnout! Great job by Brian and Ed on MJC’s display presented to the SHED. Thanks again boys!

TOPIC 2:

April 10-11^th – White Sands Jeep Jam - still a go and still looking for volunteers. Rates are good and much less then normal park fees. $40.00 for the weekend $60.00 to compete and camping $10.00 a night. They will have the grill open and all proceeds are going to their annual Charity.

TOPIC 3:

March 13^th – Parade – Lineup will be at 10:30 on the 13^th. Location for lineup will be revealed at the volunteer appreciation event held on Friday March 12^th at 6:30 pm location 610 Bel Air Ave.

Yes you can camp but Hotel recommended Hotel Best Western closet at 71.10 a night double occupancy.

Jay will reserve a block of rooms (4) and Hold with Club Card and everyone can pay when they arrive.

TOPIC #5

May 8^th Go topless Day – Received an email from a club in Louisiana inviting us to attend their Go Topless Day. Sounds like a great day and all for a good cause but the travel time would be 5 hours one way. Club decided to continue with our own GTD and look into purchasing some raffle tickets from Louisiana Group to support them as well.

Gulf Jeep Foley will be our location this year!

Jay is to call James at Gulf Jeep to secure date and location.

Eben is to call guy from Southern Signs to get information on banner specific for that day 2x6

Jay will check on Warren Winch prices as well as other items for raffle.

Club voted to allocate $600.00 for Raffle items.

The Ladies of MJC will work on the research for purchasing t-shirts for go topless Day for selling.
